Title:

Drug and Alcohol Manager

Reporting:

Reports directly to Vice President of Operations

 

Primary Position Purpose:

Utilize skills to oversee client satisfaction and regulatory compliance under 49 CFR Part 40 to ensure the efficient operation of the Drug and Alcohol Testing Department.

 

1. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • • Working knowledge of 49 CFR Part 40 in order to manage client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
  • • Administer Random Selection Programs to include (but not limited to) importing/updating roster selection, performing random selection, providing quarterly and annual summary reports.
  • • Liaison with Company Medical Review Officer between clients, laboratories and Supply Chain to include (but not limited to) coordination of addition laboratory tests, converse with Certifying Scientist about specific laboratory findings, and verbally report Non-Negative Results to Clients.
  • • Oversee drug screen imports and downloads from all laboratories.
  • • Oversee the responsibilities of the Drug and Alcohol Department.
  • • Develop and Document Drug and Alcohol Testing processes, to include (but not limited to) protocols, standard operating procedures and workflows.
  • • Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • • Oversee Laboratory Supply Orders for Drug Testing needs for current and new clients.
  • • Oversee the training of new team members.
  • • Assist other departments as needed.

  • • MRO Assistant Certificate
  • • Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations contained in 49 CFR Part 40

  • • Basic knowledge of office equipment: fax, phone and scanner

 

4. Experience:

  • • Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years of experience in Occupational Health Industry.
  • • Occupational Health Knowledge Based on DOT Rules and Regulations.

 


 

Title:

Business Development Specialist (BDS) - Lead Generation

Primary Position Purpose:

The BDS-Lead Generation Representative is responsible for setting up Demonstrations appointments for the product and services offered through ComplyFirst. The BDS-Lead Generation Representative will reach target through excellent telephone, email and communication skills. The individual will also develop the creation of qualified leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establish ongoing rapport with potential customers. Integrity, vision, passion and creativity are essential for this role.

 

1. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • • Cold-call prospects that are individually generated for targeted and assigned markets.
  • • Maintain average call volume up to 100 calls per day.
  • • Set Demonstration appointments at minimum volume of 1 per day on average with qualified leads for ComplyFirst services.
  • • Identify end users and decision makers within the targeted leads to begin sales process.
  • • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Director of Sales, VP of Sales on a daily basis.
  • • Ensure follow-up by passing leads to Sales Director where appropriate with calls-to-action, dates, completed profile information, source in CRM system.
  • • Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows and special projects.
  • • Develop and deploy email campaigns to generate new leads.
  • • Assist other departments as needed.
  • • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into Demonstrations.
  • • Overcome objections from prospects regarding setting up Demonstrations.
  • • Emphasize product/service feature and benefits and prepare sales order forms.
  • • Coordinate training as necessary.
  • • Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
  • • Communicate brand identity and corporate position.

4. Experience:

  • • University or college degree highly preferred, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • • Cold-calling experience; preferably 1 to 2 years of direct cold-calling sales experience.
  • • Formal sales training a plus.
